Hi, I’m Ben Miles, My passion is helping humanity leverage biology for good, based in NYC 🗽 but had 6 great years in the 🌁 Bay Area.

I’m passionate about the creation of new organizations that aim to create lasting meaningful change to the world. The growing confluence of technology and biology are extremely exciting to me.

I graduated from the University of Leeds in nanotechnology and obtained my PhD from Imperial College London, where my focus was on biomimetic materials, microfabrication and biomineralisation.

After school I worked in growth at Dentally launching a SaaS electronic medical record application providing UX and performance far in excess of the capabilities of the legacy Dental EMR market.

I then moved to SF and spent 7.5 great years as Head of Product on the leadership team at Strateos fka Transcriptic.
